How to size a mixing plant

Stationary or mobile?

Stationary batch towers suit long-run bases and high tph. Mobile plants suit provincial packages, maintenance and sites that will relocate.

What decides the tph?

Hourly mix demand, RAP ratio, baghouse duty and whether the site stays put. Freeze tph on the approval drawing before fabrication.

What voltage and fuel should the RFQ state?

380–415 V / 50 Hz unless the site is different. Name burner fuel (diesel, heavy oil or gas) with the destination port.

Do you install and ship spares?

FOB Qingdao. ISO 9001 with the bid set. Installation supervision and a first-year wear-parts list are quoted with the plant.
