Emulsion for tack, chip seal and surface dressing. PMB for rut-resistant highway mixes. Both can stand alone or sit next to the mixing plant.

When do I need an AF-BOX foaming system?

When the mix design needs warm mix or higher RAP on an existing batch plant. The skid ties into the pugmill with matched piping and interlocks.

What belongs in the RFQ?

Product (melter, emulsion, PMB or AF-BOX), tph or tank size, fuel, voltage, whether it stands alone or ties into a tower, and destination port.
